
Tuna and Arugula Salad

Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Quail Egg 6 pieces
- Arugula to taste
- Red cocktail cherry 6 pieces
- Iceberg Lettuce to taste
- Sweet Pepper ½ g
- New Potatoes 2 pieces
- Chinese green beans to taste
- Sweet Red Onion ½ heads
- Olives stuffed with lemon to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs, potatoes, and beans. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients except for the eggs.
Step 3
Mix the dressing of oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt.
Step 4
Dress the salad.
Step 5
Garnish with halved quail eggs on top.
