Ingredients
- Cold-smoked trout 15 oz
- Watermelon 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Croutons 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the trout into strips and the melon into slices.
Step 2
Crush the croutons (preferably cheese-flavored), but not too finely.
Step 3
Layer all the ingredients in a salad bowl (first the fish, then the melon and croutons), season with pepper, and drizzle with mayonnaise. Serve the finished salad with herbs and melon slices.
