Ingredients
- Poultry 15 oz
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt powder 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Mango 1 piece
- Lime and chili chutney 1 tablespoon
- Celery salt 5 oz
- Ground coriander to taste
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet, cut it into small pieces, and pat dry. In a deep skillet, sauté the chicken fillet, then add a small amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat with salt and curry powder.

Peel the mango and slice it.

Chop and toast the almonds.
Step 4
Slice the celery into rings.
Step 5
To prepare the dressing, whisk together the curry powder, yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine the chicken fillet, mango, and celery. Add the chopped cilantro, almonds, and dress the salad.
