Trebien Salad with Ham and Adyghe Cheese
Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 20 oz
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 20 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Adyghe cheese 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the grapes (it is best to use seedless white kish-mish grapes). Separate the berries from the stem.
Step 2
Cut the ham (preferably beef ham) and Adyghe cheese into 1.5 cm cubes.
Step 3
Mix the lemon juice, sour cream, and white pepper.
Step 4
Finely chop the cilantro, sprinkle with sugar, and crush with a spoon or pestle to release the juice.
Step 5
Combine the cilantro with the dressing.
Step 6
Mix the grapes, ham cubes, and cheese. Drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with halved grapes.
