Traditional Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- White bread 6 pieces
- Caesar Dressing to taste
- Butter 2 spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse, dry, and tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces, then set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 2
In a hot skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once it has completely melted and starts to sizzle, add a sliced clove of garlic.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into pieces approximately 1x3 cm. Add to the skillet with the garlic and oil. Sauté over high heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Step 4
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and the second clove of garlic. Meanwhile, cut the bread into small cubes. Add the bread to the skillet and sauté until golden brown. It is advisable to stir continuously to prevent burning.
Step 5
Take the lettuce leaves and add the sautéed chicken breast, along with the tomatoes cut into thin strips. Dress with Caesar dressing. Toss everything together. Top with the croutons and grate some cheese on top.
