Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sour Cream to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Dill to taste
- Ground clove a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut into small wedges.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin strips.
Step 4
Chop the olives and herbs finely.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste, dress with sour cream, and mix.
Step 6
Drizzle the finished salad with lemon juice.
