Description
To make the salad light, you can use 'light' feta, and you can also find pre-sliced feta, including garlic-flavored. You can substitute the oil with olive oil.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Grapeseed Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes (about 0.5–0.7 cm on each side).
Step 2
Cut the feta into small pieces, similar in size to the tomatoes.
Step 3
Wash the basil, dry it, and chop it finely.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and dress with oil.
