Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 spoons
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Tomatoes 8 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Serrano Chili 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix olive oil and wine vinegar. Chop the peeled onion into small cubes, and also dice the ripe tomatoes and sweet peppers, removing the cores and seeds from these vegetables.
Step 2
Toss the vegetables with the dressing, add chopped chili pepper (also without seeds), season with salt and pepper, let it sit for half an hour, and serve alongside grilled or roasted meat.
