- Tomatoes 25 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- French fries 5 oz
- Spanish onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Truffle to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the tomatoes in a blender, strain through a sieve, and freeze. Occasionally take it out of the freezer and stir with a fork to achieve a granita texture.
Step 2
Mix the milk, cream, and sour cream.
Step 3
Remove the tomato granita from the refrigerator, mix it with the dairy base, and blend in a blender until smooth. The result should be a thick cocktail without noticeable ice crystals.
Step 4
Season the cocktail with salt and pepper, then pour it into a bottle or glass.

Serve with French fries sprinkled with truffle salt and onion powder (or crispy onions).
