
Tomato, Arugula, and Napa Cabbage Salad

Description
Thanks to the large amount of arugula, the salad turns out quite juicy, so salt and vegetable oil are not needed. In fact, you can also skip the soy sauce.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Napa Cabbage ¼ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take 3 large juicy tomatoes and chop them finely.
Step 2
Finely chop 1 bunch of arugula.
Step 3
Thinly slice 4–5 leaves of napa cabbage.
Step 4
Cut 1 bell pepper into short, thin strips.
Step 5
Mix everything together and dress with soy sauce for flavor.
