  • Ocean salt a pinch
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 stem
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Mild Chili Spice a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the onion into rings, add salt, 'squeeze', cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and the regular tomatoes into large wedges, chop the cilantro, combine everything, mix, sprinkle with pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

Step 2

Transfer to a deep dish and garnish with basil leaves.
