Tomato and Peach Salad

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Grated Lemon Zest a pinch
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise ½ jar
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a food processor, chop the basil, garlic, and nuts, then mix the resulting mixture with olive oil, cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Chill.
Step 3
Wash and dry the tomatoes, peel the peaches and onion.
Step 4
Slice everything thinly.
Step 5
On a platter or large flat plate, layer the tomatoes, then the peaches, and then the onion.
Step 6
Sprinkle everything with lemon zest.
Step 7
Carefully place the chilled dressing in the center of the dish.
