Ingredients
- French salad dressing ¼ cup
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Pitted olives 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Spanish onions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the feta into small pieces, but do not crumble.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the salad dressing and chopped parsley. Add the feta, finely chopped tomatoes, sliced olives, and finely chopped red onion. Gently mix, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour to 2 days. Before serving, garnish with a sprig of basil.
