
Tomato and Feta Cheese Salad with Herbs

It turns out delicious and hearty, especially for those who do not eat meat. An added bonus is that it doesn't take much time to prepare!
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Pitted olives 5 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dill 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Oregano 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomato, remove the green core, and slice it into half-moons.
Step 2
Slice the olives and feta cheese. Tear the dill.
Step 3
Mix a dressing from olive oil, lemon juice (or balsamic vinegar), Italian herbs (oregano, basil, etc.), and optionally red pepper.
Step 4
Arrange the tomato slices beautifully on a plate, topping each slice with a piece of feta cheese.
Step 5
Garnish with sprigs of dill and olives. Drizzle everything with the dressing.
