- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and cucumbers.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin rounds.
Step 4
Place in a salad bowl.
Step 5
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drizzle the salad with vinegar mixed with sunflower oil.
Step 7
Garnish with parsley.
