  • Sourdough Bread 6 pieces
  • Pumpkin 20 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 0 oz
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Wheat Flour a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dried Rosemary to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and lightly sprinkle with flour. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and sauté the pumpkin until partially cooked. Add sugar.

Step 2

Add the chopped mushrooms, sour cream to the pumpkin, and simmer until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and spread the mushroom and pumpkin mixture on the bread. Bake under the grill for 5-10 minutes.
