- Toasts 4 pieces
- Hummus 0 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Canned Roasted Peppers 2 pieces
- Adyghe cheese 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a grill pan to your desired level.
Step 2
Cut the Adyghe cheese into 5 mm thick slices and grill on a preheated dry grill pan until brown stripes appear.
Step 3
Spread hummus on each toast, top with a bit of arugula and canned roasted peppers (you can use pickled ones as well).
Step 4
Finish the toast with the grilled Adyghe cheese.
