Toasts with Cheese, Prosciutto, and Fig Jam
Ingredients
- Olive Oil to taste
- French Baguette 12 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Prosciutto 6 slices
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fig Jam 2 tablespoons
- Arugula to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place the baguette pieces on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle again with olive oil. Let cool and spread with cream cheese.
Step 2
Cut each slice of prosciutto into 4 pieces and place 2 pieces on each toast. Top with a small amount of fig jam and sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with arugula.
