  • White bread 15 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Basil 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 10 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mash half of the garlic with the pine nuts and basil leaves. Add the grated Parmesan and olive oil. Mix well.

Step 2

Cut the bread into thin slices, toast them in the oven, rub with the remaining garlic clove, and drizzle with olive oil. Top with pesto and season to taste. Serve warm.
