Toast with oxtails
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 5 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Béchamel sauce 0 fl oz
- Oxtail 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the oxtails. Simmer for 5 hours on low heat with spices to taste (salt, pepper, bay leaf). Once cooked, let cool and shred into strands.
Step 2
Grill the ciabatta until toasted, sauté the oyster mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown, and add lightly sautéed spinach. Warm the cooked tails and mix them with the béchamel sauce.
Step 3
Cut the finished ciabatta in half, layer the sautéed spinach and oyster mushrooms, then drizzle with béchamel sauce. On top of this, add the oxtails, followed by the second half of the spinach and mushrooms, and finish by drizzling with olive oil.
