Three Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 5 oz
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors 10 oz
- Black Tomatoes 10 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Sweet Pepper 10 oz
- Celery stalk 5 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 6 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Tear the bread into irregular pieces about 3-5 cm in size and toast them in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 355°F.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel the larger tomatoes and slice them into wedges about 2 cm thick.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the celery stalk on the diagonal into pieces about 2-3 mm thick.
Step 4
Roast the peppers in the oven until soft, then peel off the skin and slice into 7 mm strips.
Step 5
Blend a peeled tomato, ham, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and Provençal herbs in a blender for the sauce.
Step 6
Combine all the prepared ingredients and season with salt. Just before serving, you can sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
