Thick hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Ingredients
- Corn Starch 2 spoons
- Milk 4 glasses
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Honey 3 spoons
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Sweet Cream Butter to taste
- Marshmallow to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the starch with 0.5 cups of milk.
Step 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir well until smooth, then add the cornstarch. Mix again.
Step 3
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly (the chocolate should thicken a little as it cools). Pour into cups and garnish with cream and marshmallows.
