  • Napa Cabbage ¼ head
  • Carrots 2 pieces
  • Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Green onions ½ bunch
  • Roasted cashews 0 oz
  • Refined Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 1½ tablespoons
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil ½ tablespoon
  • Ginger ½ tablespoon
  • Lime Juice to taste
  • Water to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the Napa cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.

Step 2

For the dressing, blend together the broccoli, cashews, cilantro, oil, garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and lime juice.

Step 3

Add enough water to the dressing to achieve the desired consistency, and blend again.

Step 4

Combine all ingredients.
