Ingredients
- Broccoli 1 cup
- Napa Cabbage ¼ head
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Green onions ½ bunch
- Roasted cashews 0 oz
- Refined Oil 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce 1½ tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil ½ tablespoon
- Ginger ½ tablespoon
- Lime Juice to taste
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the Napa cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.
Step 2
For the dressing, blend together the broccoli, cashews, cilantro, oil, garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and lime juice.
Step 3
Add enough water to the dressing to achieve the desired consistency, and blend again.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients.
