Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok 10 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 20 oz
- Scallions 5 pieces
- Cilantro 2 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Snap Peas 5 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 6 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 4 tablespoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes until soft. Drain and let cool in a large bowl.
Step 2
Mix the ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, chili sauce, and minced garlic. Combine the sauce with the cooked noodles.
Step 3
Add the shrimp, chopped green onions, cilantro, diced red pepper, and sliced snap peas. Gently toss and serve with lime wedges.
