Thai Kohlrabi Salad
Ingredients
- Kohlrabi 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Sunflower Seeds 2 tablespoons
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the kohlrabi and carrot into fine strips. Finely chop the chili pepper and garlic. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Mix the spices, sugar, lemon juice, and sauces in a mortar and pestle, and grind them together.
Step 2
Add the quartered tomatoes to the mixture. Gently crush them so that they release their juice. Combine the resulting mixture in a bowl with the kohlrabi and carrot. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve with boiled white rice.
