- Lime 1 piece
- Palm Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Roasted Peanuts 5 oz

Step 1
Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and cut it into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces, then add it to the pineapple.

Add finely chopped green onions, cilantro, and mint.
