Ingredients

  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Hard Cheese 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • Dill to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the red fish into small cubes.

Step 2

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut it into cubes.

Step 3

Squeeze some lemon juice over the avocado and mix well (to keep the avocado's color and prevent it from browning).

Step 4

Finely chop the dill.

Step 5

Mash the cream cheese with a fork, add some mayonnaise, the chopped dill, and mix well.

Step 6

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 7

Place a mold for the salad on a serving plate.

Step 8

Now you can start assembling the salad. Each layer should be slightly pressed down to hold its shape well.

Step 9

The first layer is the red fish, followed by the cheese mixture with dill.

Step 10

The third layer is the avocado.

Step 11

Finish the salad with a layer of grated cheese.

Step 12

Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours without removing the mold.

Step 13

Then carefully remove the mold from the finished salad and garnish with a sprig of dill and parsley. It can be served.
