Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- 10% cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and eggs.
Step 2
Tear the fillet into small pieces.
Step 3
Dice the eggs, pepper, and pineapple.
Step 4
Fry the mushrooms, preferably small ones, until golden brown.
Step 5
Mix everything together and dress with sour cream.
Step 6
Optionally, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
This salad can also be made layered; arrange the layers as desired, spreading a little sour cream on each layer.
