
Tender Salad

Description
This salad has many variations from the series 'what's in the fridge'. You can add eggs for a heartier dish, but it's still delicious! Avocado also works wonderfully - you can serve the salad right in a scooped-out half of the avocado. You can also add corn or radishes.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine 10 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cucumbers, finely chop the crab sticks, and mash the feta cheese with a fork.
Step 2
Mix everything together. If the feta cheese is too hard, you can dress the salad with some sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add finely chopped herbs to taste.
Step 4
Serve the salad in a bowl. You can also serve it in portions, giving the salad a cylindrical shape. (You can create a mold for the salad from rolled-up foil or a part of a plastic bottle - the diameter is up to you.)
