Tender Layered Salad with Mushrooms and Shrimp
Ingredients
- Morels 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté in vegetable oil until cooked. Let cool.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, peel them, and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Thaw the shrimp and drain excess water. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Layer all the prepared ingredients on a plate: sautéed mushrooms, grated eggs, then shrimp and pineapple. Spread mayonnaise on each layer. Top with grated cheese.
