Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate 1 clove of garlic, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Toast the bread cut into cubes.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to taste.
