Description
Depending on the season, you can use fresh or frozen currants, dried or fresh rosemary and mint.
Ingredients
- Red Currant ½ cup
- Mint 1 teaspoon
- Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Green Tea (brick) ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Pass the red currants through a sieve and set the juice aside.
Step 2
Mash the pulp in a mortar with mint and rosemary.
Step 3
Brew the herb mixture with the currants in a teapot and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Pour into cups, add the currant juice and honey.
