Description

For one cup (200 ml), it's best to use 2.5-3 teaspoons of tea leaves if the tea is of medium strength, like mine: the milk will significantly soften its taste.

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Black tea 2 teaspoons
  • Clarified Butter 0 fl oz
  • Water 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Brew strong black tea: pour some soft hot water over a couple of teaspoons of pure loose leaf tea and a cinnamon stick. Let it steep.

Step 2

Heat the milk. At the same time, warm a thick-walled cup with boiling water.

Step 3

Pour hot milk into the bottom of the cup, then carefully pour in the steeped tea. Sweeten if desired.
