Tarragon with Lemon
Ingredients
- Tarragon 5 oz
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Sugar 7 tablespoons
- Sparkling water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the sparkling water into a large bowl, soak the tarragon in it after gently crushing it with a wooden pestle. Leave in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap for 2 hours.
Step 2
Remove from the refrigerator, add sugar (7 tablespoons, more or less to taste), let it dissolve, squeeze in the lemon juice, and mix.
Step 3
Pour into a bottle or shaker (straining if necessary), shake well.
Step 4
Serve with a fresh sprig of tarragon and ice.
