- Mandarins 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Madeira 5 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the mandarins and slice them into thin rounds using a sharp knife.
Step 2
Combine about two hundred grams of thinly sliced tangerine peel with sugar and Madeira, then pour in one liter of water in a small saucepan. Place it over heat and cook to create a syrup.
Step 3
Pour the prepared syrup over the mandarin slices in a large pitcher and let it steep for two hours.
