Description

Tabbouleh is a mixture of finely chopped vegetables, aromatic herbs, and whatever else is available at home, dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. It's important that the vegetables are chopped, not blended in a mixer or food processor. You can also mix in cold couscous or cold pasta. Alternatively, add small wheat croutons sautéed in olive oil with garlic.

  • Crab Meat 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Parsley 5 oz
