Description

You can also add any fresh herbs to this salad — red or green basil, tarragon, oregano, etc. Dried herbs can also be used, but the salad should be allowed to sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Instead of shrimp, you can use crab meat, and substitute red grapes with green ones.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
  • Iceberg Lettuce 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Natural Yogurt 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the stems from the tomatoes and slice them. Thaw the shrimp, blanch them in boiling water, and let them drain. Chop the lettuce. Cut each grape in half. Combine everything in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, oil, and salt until smooth. Dress the salad and mix well.
