Instead of raspberry vinegar, you can use white balsamic.
Ingredients
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Endive 2 heads
- English cucumber 1 piece
- Parsley 0 oz
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
- Red cocktail cherry 5 oz
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Raspberry leaves 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the endive and transfer it to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the thinly sliced cucumber, greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and julienned bell pepper.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and while whisking, add the olive oil.
Step 4
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
