- Champagne Vinegar ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chervil 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the small potatoes in half or into quarters and boil in salted water until tender. Drain.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, and olive oil. Whisk and season with pepper. Then add the chopped herbs.
Step 3
Add the warm potatoes and the vinaigrette, mix well, and serve.
