Summer Salad with Strawberries and Tomatoes
Salads • Italian
Description
Strawberries pair wonderfully with tomatoes—provided that the strawberries are sweet and the tomatoes are ripe with a hint of acidity. A bright, aromatic dressing, again with a touch of sugar, will bring them together. Recipe by American chef John Smith.
