Any wine vinegar will work. If you have nuts at home — pine nuts, cashews, or almond flakes — they will be very useful.
Ingredients
- Persimmon 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the salad mix and dry it with a paper towel. Boil the egg hard.
Step 2
Chop the persimmon and egg coarsely, and gently mix with the salad mix.
Step 3
For the dressing, whisk together honey, vinegar, and oil. Dress the salad.
