Sturgeon Salad with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Sturgeon 25 oz
- Potato 15 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Cucumbers 10 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the sturgeon in boiling water for a few minutes, let it cool, and then slice it into thin long pieces about 8 cm in length.
Step 2
Dice the carrots and potatoes, cut the green beans into diamonds, and cook them separately until tender. Dice the cucumbers in the same way.
Step 3
Boil the cauliflower and separate it into florets.
Step 4
Mix the vegetables with mayonnaise and arrange them on a serving plate. Top with slices of fish. Garnish with lettuce leaves and fresh herbs.
