Stuffed Flatbreads
Ingredients
- Glutinous Rice Flour 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chinese green beans to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine rice flour, corn flour, water, salt, and vegetable oil (15 ml).
Step 3
Knead the dough.
Step 4
Divide the dough into five parts and roll one of them into a sheet 3–4 mm thick.
Step 5
Cut out a circle.
Step 6
Fry in a skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Step 7
Cut the chicken into cubes, add minced garlic, and sauté in vegetable oil (15 ml) for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add chopped tomatoes and mix.
Step 9
Add chopped bell pepper.
Step 10
Stir in the corn and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 11
Place the filling on the flatbread.
Step 12
Add cheese and chopped cabbage.
Step 13
Roll it up.
