Strawberry, Spinach, and Walnut Salad
Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Walnuts 6 pieces
- Spinach 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Balsamic Vinegar 2½ tablespoons
- Salt 0.4 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 0.8 teaspoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the walnuts in the oven for 5–8 minutes at 345°F, then let them cool.
Step 2
Slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture of vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar while constantly whisking.
Step 3
Cut the strawberries into large pieces (halves or quarters) and mix them with the fresh spinach leaves.
Step 4
Add the toasted walnuts, the vinegar and oil mixture, and mix thoroughly, trying not to crush the strawberries.
