Strawberry Soufflé
Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 oz
- Gelatin 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and let it sit for the time indicated on the package. Then heat the gelatin until it just begins to boil, but do not let it boil. Allow to cool.
Step 2
Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops. Blend them in a blender.
Step 3
Whip the cream with the sugar.
Step 4
Combine the strawberries and cream. Add the gelatin and mix well.
Step 5
Pour into dessert cups. Place in the refrigerator.
