Strawberry sorbet with pepper
Ingredients
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the strawberries in a blender. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, water, and pepper, and blend again. Pour into a freezing mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 2
Afterward, take it out and stir, then put it back in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove and stir again.
Step 3
Leave the dessert in the freezer overnight. In the morning, blend it again and pour into tall glasses.
