Strawberry Salad with Turkey Fillet and Arugula
Ingredients
- Strawberry 10 oz
- Arugula 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- White Balsamic Cream 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the strawberries and arugula, then dry them well.
Step 2
Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces (cubes or strips as desired) and sauté in one tablespoon of olive oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Slice the strawberries lengthwise into halves (or quarters, depending on preference).
Step 4
Chop the arugula coarsely.
Step 5
Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes.
Step 6
Combine the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil with the squeezed lime juice, white pepper, salt, and white balsamic vinegar, and whisk together.
Step 7
Combine all ingredients and dress with the sauce. Mix well.
