Ingredients

  • Squid 20 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Pitted olives 1 can
  • Cucumbers 5 oz
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Salt ½ tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the squid in water with salt, half a lemon, and a bay leaf. Cool and cut into strips.

Step 2

Slice the onion into strips and soak in boiling marinade made from 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar for half an hour. Drain the marinade and cool.

Step 3

Cut the cucumbers into strips. Slice the olives into rings.

Step 4

Mix the chopped ingredients and add mayonnaise.

Step 5

As a dressing instead of mayonnaise, you can use a mixture of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.
