Squid Salad with Olives
Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon ½ can
- Squid 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse, boil, and clean the squid from membranes. Cut into rings and marinate for 20 minutes. To prepare the marinade, combine the juice of 1 lemon, mustard, finely chopped garlic, salt, and oil.
Step 2
Dice the tomato, and cut the bell pepper into strips. Chop the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and dress with a sauce made from olive oil, chopped olives, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
