Ingredients
- Squid 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Ham 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 1 can
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the squid bodies, boil them, let them cool, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil along with the carrot.
Step 3
Cut the ham and pickled mushrooms into strips.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients, add the canned beans, and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
